About The Position
Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an On-Call HHA, CNA, & Caregiver to join their team. Located in Woodbury, MN, the community has been dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' for over 25 years, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. This role involves providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. The position requires assisting residents with activities of daily living, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents.
- Recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
