About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The role involves greeting guests, safely guiding and loading vehicles, using a bug prep gun, removing mud from wheel wells, performing safety inspections, making key adjustments to car wash equipment, knowing E-Stop locations, and handling tunnel incidents effectively and safely. Responsibilities also include performing the vacuum service process, participating in the nightly close down checklist, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, knowing the 3 Single Wash packages, informing guests about Memberships, presenting the company's Difference, training new Team Members, and aiding in member visit success rate through License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads. The role requires communication of key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, observance of the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and knowledge of membership management. The Team Member must be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, complete daily shift reports, maintain a clean and organized car wash facility, learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, safely use ladders, engage e-stops while cleaning, and gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required, along with following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assistance in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot, is expected. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, being on your feet 100% of the day and outside. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning sessions is also required.

Responsibilities
- Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
- Safely guide and load each vehicle per size
- Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process
- Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
- Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
- Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
- Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely
- Responsible for vacuum service process

- Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
- Informs all retail guests about Memberships
- Train new Team Members on approved training modules
