About The Position

This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, prepare vehicles for washing, perform safety inspections, make adjustments to car wash equipment, and handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely. The role also involves responsibility for the vacuum service process, participating in nightly close-down checklists, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, and informing guests about Memberships. You will also train new Team Members, aid in member visit success rate, and be knowledgeable on membership management. You will complete daily shift reports, learn how to safely open and close the car wash, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct. This role requires assisting in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trenches, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. You will also attend all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
  • Safely guide and load each vehicle per size
  • Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process
  • Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
  • Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
  • Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
  • Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely
  • Responsible for vacuum service process
  • Participate in the nightly close down checklist
  • Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
  • Informs all retail guests about Memberships
  • Train new Team Members on approved training modules
  • Aid in member visit success rate.
  • Communicates key vehicle information and equipment retracts to crew
  • Vacuum area observance for guest satisfaction
  • Complete daily shift report to document shift performance
  • Learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership
  • Safely use ladders and engage e-stop while cleaning
  • Learn backroom safety and equipment knowledge
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
  • Follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, amd harsh chemicals
  • Assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot
