About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel, safely guide and load each vehicle per size, and use the bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for the wash process. You will also remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate, perform safety inspections of vehicles before the wash, and make key adjustments to car wash equipment. You will be knowledgeable on E-Stop Locations, handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, and be responsible for the vacuum service process. You will participate in the nightly close down checklist, engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service, and be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages. You will inform all retail guests about Memberships, present our Difference, and train new Team Members on approved training modules. You will aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition//RFID sticker reads. You will communicate key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, and observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction. You will be knowledgeable on membership management and fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. You will complete the daily shift report to document shift performance and maintain a clean, organized car wash facility. You will learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, safely use ladders and engage e-stop while cleaning, and gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge. You will adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct. You will follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. You will assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot. You are willing to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow). You will be on your feet 100% of the day and outside. You will attend all mandatory training sessions and all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable on property safety and layouts

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
