About The Position
Seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Federal Way, WA. This is an outpatient role with a focus on clinical duties only. The coverage period is ASAP and ongoing, with an initial duration of 4 months. The physician will manage a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day, with 60% of the practice dedicated to Oncology and 40% to Hematology. The role offers a Mon-Fri, 8a-5p shift schedule. Support staff includes a Care Manager RN, MA, and Infusion Nurses. The facility utilizes Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Active WA License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- DEA
- NPDB report
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in Hematology & Oncology.
- Manage a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day.
- Focus on 60% Oncology and 40% Hematology.
- Work within an outpatient service setting.
- Collaborate with support staff including Care Manager RN, MA, and Infusion Nurses.
- Utilize Epic EMR system.
