The flagship medical center is a 420-bed regional referral hub serving over 460,000 residents. It is recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and Chest Pain Center, and also operates the region’s only Level III NICU and inpatient pediatric unit. With a medical staff of over 200 physicians across nearly every specialty, the organization fosters a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join its growing cancer care program in Dothan, Alabama. This position offers a balanced mix of hematology and oncology services within a well-established multidisciplinary cancer program. Physicians will work alongside a dedicated team of oncology nurses, advanced practice providers, radiation oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive cancer care. The practice provides access to advanced diagnostic and treatment resources, including infusion services, imaging, laboratory support, and tumor board collaboration. Physicians will have the opportunity to build a robust practice while serving a large regional referral population. The group is open to 2026 and 2027 Hematology/Oncology fellows as well as experienced physicians.
