About The Position
Join the high-quality oncology team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health. We are seeking a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist to provide passionate, community-based care at St. John’s Cancer Center in beautiful Ventura County. This premier opportunity is part of a Commission on Cancer (CoC) and NAPBC accredited program. You will join an established service line with a strong existing referral base and collaborative relationships with community-based specialists in Radiation Therapy, General Surgery, Radiology, and Pathology.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified in Hematology and Oncology (ABMS or AOA)
- Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide passionate, community-based care at St. John’s Cancer Center.
- Participate in national clinical trials with an onsite Research Coordinator.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary Cancer Committees with weekly tumor boards.
- Practice at St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. John’s Hospital Camarillo.
