About The Position

Broadway Ventures is seeking experienced, board-certified physicians to conduct independent medical case reviews for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours and is ideal for physicians looking to supplement their clinical practice. The primary responsibilities include conducting objective medical case audits, evaluating the timeliness and appropriateness of care, identifying quality improvement opportunities, reviewing cases for performance improvement reasons, assessing medical decision-making, and providing expert medical opinions on complex clinical scenarios from an impartial, evidence-based perspective.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted physician license in any U.S. state or territory
  • Board certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in your specialty
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical practice relevant to case reviews
  • Actively engaged in direct patient care (minimum 20 clinical hours per month)
  • Hospital privileges in your specialty
  • Fluent in English (strong reading and writing skills required)
