About The Position
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking a Hematologist Oncologist to help expand access to comprehensive cancer care throughout the Hudson Valley. The physician will care for both hematology and medical oncology patients within an established oncology network that combines the resources of a large practice with the personal connections of community-based medicine. Opportunities span Poughkeepsie, Middletown, Newburgh, Yorktown, and Fishkill. The role is in a private-practice setting with outpatient and inpatient care. The practice offers access to clinical trials, conferences, and cutting-edge technology, and provides opportunities for professional growth and leadership. A partnership track is available after four years with no buy-in. New York Cancer & Blood Specialists delivers patient-centered care for cancer and blood disorders through services including hematology/medical oncology, breast surgical oncology, palliative care, radiation oncology, and clinical trials and research. Ancillary services include in-house laboratory and pharmacy facilities, radiology, nutrition, pathology support, physical therapy, survivorship programs, and social work.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in the relevant specialty.
- Experienced physicians are preferred; fellows are encouraged to apply.
