About The Position
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking a Hematologist Oncologist to join its Washington Heights team and provide comprehensive care for patients with blood disorders and cancer. The physician will treat both hematology and medical oncology patients in a private-practice outpatient and inpatient setting, serving a diverse patient community and building relationships with patients and families from a range of backgrounds. The physician will have support from an established oncology team while maintaining personal physician-patient connections. Experienced physicians are preferred, and fellows are encouraged to apply. Spoken Spanish fluency is required. The practice offers access to clinical trials, conferences, and cutting-edge technology, as well as professional growth and leadership opportunities. A partnership track offers a path to ownership after four years, with no buy-in. The stated base salary range is $450,000–$500,000 annually; exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Fluency in spoken Spanish.
- Experienced physicians are preferred; fellows are encouraged to apply.
