Advanced Practice Provider - New York Cancer & Blood Specialists
About The Position
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join its hematology and oncology team in Staten Island, New York. In this outpatient role, the provider will work closely with physicians to evaluate patients, manage ongoing treatment needs, and provide follow-up care. The position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a collaborative, community-based cancer practice. The schedule is full-time with a four-day work week. The practice provides patient-centered care for people facing cancer and blood disorders, with services that include hematology and medical oncology, breast surgical oncology, palliative care, radiation oncology, and clinical trials and research. Its ancillary services include in-house laboratory and pharmacy facilities, radiology, nutrition, pathology support, physical therapy, survivorship programs, and social work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience.
- Board certification as an NP-C or PA-C.
Nice To Haves
- Hematology/oncology experience as a registered nurse or Advanced Practice Provider is preferred.
