About The Position

Support skilled workers by performing tasks such as holding tools, moving materials, and setting up equipment. Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision. Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Record details of tasks performed, and materials used.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work effectively with team members.
• Ability to identify and address minor issues that arise during tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
