About The Position

This role provides remote IT support handling day-to-day technical issues related to end-user systems, access, and operational technology.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting POS systems
  • Windows desktop troubleshooting
  • User account support (password resets, account unlocks)
  • Mobile device management

Responsibilities

  • Deliver phone and ticket-based technical support
  • Troubleshoot desktop, user access, mobile device, and application issues
  • Support POS systems and related hardware
  • Prioritize and escalate issues based on urgency and impact
  • Follow established support and troubleshooting procedures
