Cornerstone Credit Services is looking for a Help Desk Technician in our merchant services office. Our high energy, fast-paced business environment requires a hard working, dependable person with outstanding customer service and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects daily, both in the office and at client locations. Candidates must type 35wpm accurately, be organized and task/detail-oriented, and devoted to providing outstanding customer service. The electronic payments field is updating constantly so the right candidate must show the ability to grow in product and industry knowledge. Must be able to assess merchants' needs, troubleshoot and fix technical issues, and suggest or promote alternative products or services. Must have excellent follow through on assigned tasks and projects. Must be able to demonstrate excellent record of attendance and punctuality. This position is not remote.
