About The Position

America’s CAR-MART, Inc. is looking for an Help Desk Support Specialist 1 to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that help drive their business. Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Dependable.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting, Networking, Software deployment, Security systems (alarms and DVRs), Shoretel phone systems, IP phone technology, Virtual Machine (VM) environments.
• Participate in team projects to improve and enhance systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
