Provides first level support for all guest facing and operational hardware/software systems. Assists with the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Assists with the setup and installation of new attraction hardware. Logs calls and issues into tracking system. Assists with the maintenance of documentation and procedures for installed products. Assists with the maintenance and modifications of attraction software. Provides first level support for all wireless attraction devices including computers (laptops), printers, phones and tablets. Provides hands on support for information systems infrastructure. Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails while on duty regarding device problems.
