We are a thriving Northshore IT Company seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Technician / Computer Support Specialist to join our team. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Help Desk support is required.
Strong background with Office 365 Administration is required.
Must have a passion for IT security, Email Security, and Compliance.
A willingness to travel to local client sites, up to 25% of the time.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Server Support: 2 years
Help desk: 3 years
Desktop Support: 3 years
Network Infrastructure Experience: 2 years

Nice To Haves

Interest in VOIP Phone systems, configuration, and design is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for customer networks, addressing a variety of issues related to Windows Servers, Network Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange / Office 365, and workstations.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
25% Travel to local customer sites in the Northshore of Boston region during business hours for on-site appointments, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions, delivering remote support to clients as needed.
Participate in maintaining and enhancing network security measures.
