About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, Inc.’s Construction & Forestry Division is seeking a Shop Technician to work in Oahu, Hawaii. The technician will repair construction and forestry equipment in the shop, ensuring repairs are completed accurately and on time to support customers and maximize equipment uptime. The role involves working alongside other trained technicians in a well-resourced shop. Pape’ offers training, mentoring, and opportunities to continue developing technical skills.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented personality and the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair construction and forestry equipment in the shop.
• Ensure equipment repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support customers and maximize equipment uptime.
