About The Position

Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC is currently taking applications for a full-time position as a Heavy Equipment Operator. The company manufactures, sells, and delivers topsoil, bark, aggregate products, recycled concrete and asphalt products to residential and commercial companies. They are looking for an individual with experience in operating core equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders. A new hire bonus of $4,000 is offered, paid after 90 days of incident-free employment in three increments at 4, 5, and 6 months of employment.

Requirements

• Experience with screening plants.
• Experience with crushing plants.
• Some experience in operating any and all core equipment, which includes dozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders.

Responsibilities

• Load dump trucks and trailers with product.
• Screening topsoil.
• Movement of material in the yard.
• Yard Maintenance.
• Sorting materials.
• Crushing concrete and asphalt.
• Tarp bunkers.
• Maintaining material stockpiles.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate, and refill equipment.
