FLINT is hiring a Multi-Skilled Operator for a permanent role at their Kearl site in Fort McMurray, AB. This position involves operating various heavy machinery in an open pit mining environment. Requirements

Minimum of 6000 hours of experience operating a 250+ excavator.
Minimum of 2000 hours on either a 785+ haul truck or D8+ dozer.
Minimum of 2000 hours of demonstrated experience in open pit mining.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation).
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Able to train on new equipment when requested.
Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.
