About The Position

The Field Test Coordinator is responsible for executing and monitoring field validation activities for heavy duty diesel engines installed in industrial applications. While based in the United States, this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional and global stakeholders, including engineering, product and external partners. The coordinator serves as the central point of contact for field test execution, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables across a global team.

Requirements

• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
• The ability to balance multiple stakeholders in global locations with competing priorities while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a high attention to detail.
• The ability to hold teams and partners accountable to commitments, ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated and mitigated in a timely manner.
• Able to work remotely with little supervision, managing one's own schedule, and ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated and mitigated in a timely manner
• Able to work additional hours and outside of normal hours as dictated by field test needs and program timing

Nice To Haves

• An Engineering or Trade School degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diesel engines (aftermarket support, service shop), support of industrial applications, or fleet account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field test units accumulate the required number of hours in the required time period to hit the plan goal
• Manage all field tests globally including tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting to the core team
• Ensure revised parts are installed in a timely manner
• Management of data from dataloggers and reporting failures into the appropriate tracking system
• Serve as the go-to person for questions in the field as well as the field test expert when facing the program
• Manage field test evaluation agreements and exemption stickers as needed
• Support last two repowers remotely/managing with local teams
