About The Position

Heavy Duty Laborers at Lineage Bellingham may perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 pounds, moving cases by hand, unloading and loading hand stow trailers/containers/railcars/vessels, and performing regular labor functions. This role is in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a cold storage setting with temperatures ranging from 32°F to -20°F. The role operates at both Roeder Street and Orchard Drive facilities. Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential. Teamwork is highly valued, with an expectation to support one another. The busiest season is June through December, with expected overtime, including weekends, during this period. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required. Working hours may change to 12-hour shifts (5 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.) when business requires.
