About The Position

Heavy Duty Laborers at Lineage Bellingham may perform any of the following essential functions: lift up to 50 pounds, move cases by hand, unload and load hand stow trailers/containers/railcars/vessels, and perform regular labor functions. As a Heavy Duty Laborer, you'll be part of a hardworking team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a cold storage setting with temperatures ranging from 32°F to -20°F. You'll work at both our Roeder Street and Orchard Drive facilities. We value dependable team members who take pride in their work, so punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Teamwork is a big part of our culture, and we encourage everyone to jump in and support one another whenever help is needed. Our busiest season runs from June through December, when customer demand is at its highest. During this time, overtime opportunities—including weekends—are expected to help keep our operations running smoothly. To join our team, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. When business requires, hours may change to 12-hour shifts. (5 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.)
