Requirements
- Six (6) plus years’ experience.
- Performs at 100% efficiency or better.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Positive attitude.
- Motivated.
- Freightliner Heavy Duty Trucks Systems training and certification.
- Freightliner Electrical Troubleshooting training and certification.
- Specialist Certification.
- Professional Certification.
- Freightliner Electronic Systems Specialist Certification.
- Class B CDL.
- ASE Test Passed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs.
- Creating repair plans and filling out parts requisitions for needed parts.
- Tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and turning in parts with core value.
- Communicating updates to their Foreman daily.
- Maintaining toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe.
- Providing training, coaching and guidance to less experienced technicians.
