About The Position

We're seeking experienced Mobile Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a growing field service operation based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled diesel mechanic who enjoys working independently, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and providing high-quality service directly at customer locations. You'll operate from a fully equipped, company-provided take-home service truck, servicing heavy-duty trucks throughout the Phoenix area and traveling across the Southwestern and Southern United States as needed. Requirements

Mid- to senior-level experience repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with major diesel engine and truck manufacturers preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage field service calls efficiently.
Experience with electrical systems, diesel engines, and aftertreatment diagnostics.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be comfortable with regional and occasional overnight travel.
Own tools preferred.
Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency roadside repairs.
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and steering systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment systems.
Utilize diagnostic software and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Maintain and properly organize an assigned company service truck.
Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and repair documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent field service.
Travel throughout the Phoenix region and surrounding states as required.
