About The Position

Beltway Companies is seeking a full-time experienced Diesel Technician. The role involves diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; performing safety and environmental inspections; and completing routine preventive maintenance. Technicians collaborate to prioritize repairs and maintain efficient workflows, document repairs and parts accurately, and stay current with industry trends and repair techniques. Diesel dealership experience is beneficial but not required. The position offers a pay range of $25–$48 per hour based on experience and an up to $8,000 signing bonus.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician (listed as preferred).
Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical components, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
Valid driver's license.
