About The Position
This position is responsible for the daily operation of the department, including maintenance and cleanliness of food preparation. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Duties include cleaning all kitchen equipment thoroughly Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess attention to detail
- Must have high standards of cleanliness
- Must be comfortable working with chemicals
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
