Heated Mat Instructor (Santa Clara)
About The Position
MNT Pilates is seeking a Heated Mat Pilates Instructor to lead athletic, music-driven group classes in the signature MNT style. The MNT Method combines classical Pilates with an athletic, form-focused approach to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness. Instructors teach in an infrared-heated environment and are expected to create classes that are energetic and creative while maintaining classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity. The role is with MNT’s first South Bay studio in Santa Clara. MNT welcomes both experienced instructors and those new to teaching mat Pilates, with teacher training available to certify instructors in the MNT Method. The position is part-time and requires availability for at least four classes per week; the posting also describes perks starting at 30 hours a week.
Requirements
- Passion for movement, the MNT brand, and inspiring others.
- Ability to teach athletic, creative, and energetic heated mat Pilates classes rooted in classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity.
- Comfort leading high-energy classes in an infrared-heated environment.
- Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Availability to teach at least four classes per week.
- Punctual, reliable, a team player, enthusiastic, and personable.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a group fitness or mat Pilates instructor.
- Recognized Mat Pilates certification.
