About The Position

MNT Pilates is hiring a Heated Mat Instructor for its first South Bay studio in Santa Clara. MNT classes combine classical Pilates with an athletic, form-focused approach to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness. The instructor will lead athletic, music-driven group Heated Mat Pilates classes in the signature MNT style, in an infrared-heated environment. The role is suited to a passionate movement enthusiast who enjoys motivating others and contributing to an inclusive, community-oriented wellness environment. MNT offers teacher training for applicants who are new to teaching mat Pilates or do not yet have Heated Mat Pilates teaching experience. This is a part-time position, with benefits such as health insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) available starting at 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Passion for movement, the MNT brand, and inspiring others.
• Ability to teach athletic, creative, energetic Heated Mat Pilates classes rooted in classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity.
• Comfort leading high-energy classes in an infrared-heated environment.
• Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Availability to teach at least four classes per week.
• Punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, personable, and able to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a group fitness or mat Pilates instructor.
• A recognized Mat Pilates certification.
