About The Position

Beltone is hiring a Hearing Care Professional trainee to assist in the Davenport/Clinton, Iowa area. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional hearing healthcare experience and ensuring patient needs come first. The trainee conducts hearing evaluations, recommends appropriate hearing products, fits hearing aid settings, educates patients, and provides aftercare. The position also supports outreach, repeat and referral business, and a clean, welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient hearing evaluations.
• Consult with patients and recommend Beltone products that best fit their lifestyles.
• Fit hearing aid settings to patients’ needs.
• Educate patients on using hearing aids and other hearing accessories.
• Provide appropriate aftercare to ensure a high standard of patient care.
• Uphold the Belcare Nationwide Network of Care promise with every patient.
• Secure repeat and referral business through positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
• Partner with the Patient Services Coordinator and Owner on office outreach initiatives, and track and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment.
