About The Position
AvantPage is seeking native proficiency in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese translators for upcoming projects in the healthcare field. The focus will be on healthcare plan communications to help individuals understand and manage their coverage. While US-based linguists will be prioritized initially, experienced candidates worldwide are encouraged to apply. This is a freelance opportunity with potential for long-term collaboration.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese.
- Proven experience in healthcare, medical, or health insurance translation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Experience with CAT tools (Phrase preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with XTRF.
- Availability for fast-turnaround projects.
- PST-aligned work availability.

- Translate healthcare content, with a special focus on healthcare plan communications.
- Ensure accurate understanding and management of coverage through translation.
