Volga Partners is seeking medical students, residents, and advanced healthcare trainees to evaluate and improve artificial intelligence models’ understanding of healthcare information and clinical scenarios. This is not a direct patient-care role: evaluators will not diagnose actual patients or make treatment decisions for them. Instead, they will use their medical education, clinical training, and evidence-based reasoning to assess AI-generated content and provide structured feedback. Previous AI experience is not required. The opportunity is project-based and remote for candidates in the United States. Assignments are distributed according to project needs and availability; workloads may be irregular or intermittent, and specific hours or future assignments are not guaranteed. Schedules may include weekday and weekend assignments. Work is completed on designated online platforms, including DataCompute. Project duration depends on client requirements and availability, and qualified applicants may be asked to complete a medical knowledge or clinical reasoning assessment. The role is intended for people pursuing or completing training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant/Associate pathways. Independent medical licensure and prior employment as a licensed physician, NP, or PA are not required for eligible student-level evaluation assignments. Compensation is $15–$35 USD per hour, depending on specialty, educational background, clinical training, relevant experience, location, assignment complexity, client approval, and project requirements.
