Placement and promotional readiness are assessed using the full scope of experience and qualifications, including SQL proficiency, analytical judgment, independence, healthcare knowledge, expertise, assignment complexity, cross-functional work, project leadership, technical direction, and organizational influence; years of experience are not the sole factor.
