Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational procedures of the property management and engineering teams.
  • Ensure all aspects of the client’s property are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare new tenant welcome and orientation packets and communications in collaboration with the property manager.
  • Follow up with tenant requests.
  • Submit invoices and prepares letter preparation for outgoing recoveries and reconciliations.
  • Manage reporting and information request process to ensure timely submission from other departments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assists in maintaining accurate data within the system of record.
  • Ensure tenant and vendor contact information is accurate and complete within various databases.
  • Manage relationships with real estate service providers, vendors, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants.
