About The Position

This is a support role for the Property Management team, partnering closely with Live Oak's Property Managers to ensure the smooth operation of a commercial real estate portfolio. It is a hands-on, in-office role that involves a mix of fielding tenant and vendor calls and focused spreadsheet work. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in ambiguity, and can adapt to shifting priorities while taking ownership of results. The position supports two to three Property Managers and approximately 100-125 commercial tenants, with assistance from building engineers, vendor partners, and the Property Managers. Live Oak emphasizes taking extraordinary care of its assets and tenants, and this role is crucial in fulfilling those promises. The position is designed for growth, with opportunities for internal promotion, as several current Property Managers began in this role. The company also supports industry certifications like CPM or RPA.
