About The Position

As a Program Manager, the role requires a minimum of 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 15 years of hands-on Program Management experience managing large, complex portfolios. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale programs, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management. The role requires deep expertise in Program and Project Management, strong leadership and communication capabilities, and the ability to work with cross-functional, multicultural teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and track comprehensive Program and Project Plans
  • Drive Scope Management, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through effective Risk Management and Contingency Planning
  • Lead Change Request processes and ensure effective Change Management
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones with high quality
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations proactively
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams, leadership, and customers
  • Build credible relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including geographically and culturally diverse groups
  • Conduct team assessments, drive team assembly, and provide ongoing team management and mentoring
  • Resolve conflicts efficiently and maintain a high-performance culture
