Open positions include Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), and Speech Therapist (ST).

Requirements

Active and valid licensure or certification for the relevant position (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to help achieve therapeutic goals.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to patients based on their treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and families about therapy processes and ways to support recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
