About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Healthcare Litigation Attorneys in its Denver office with 3+ years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and fully remote opportunities. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Colorado. Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
