This position involves engagement in complex litigation. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability.
- Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic backgrounds.
- Proven skills in research.
- Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New York.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle general liability litigation, including personal injury, property damage, Labor Law, workers’ compensation, casualty, trucking and/or transportation.
- Engage in complex litigation.
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
