Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum seven years of human resources consulting or human resources operations experience in one or more Total Rewards programs and industry practice, including compensation, absence management, benefits, and/or other areas of core human resources expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong command of organizational design principles, workforce optimization strategies, and change enablement methodologies.
  • Experience leading process improvement efforts, preferably using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Comfort with tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to effectively quantify operational benefits for performance improvement initiatives, identify risks to achieving projected outcomes, and develop and implement solutions to address data gaps or risks.
  • Strong proficiency designing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training for HR transformations.
  • Deep understanding of HR trends, technology innovation, and workforce transformation strategies.
  • Human resources experience within the healthcare or healthcare consulting industry
  • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

  • Assess, redesign, and implement end-to-end HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, total rewards).
  • Lead process improvement efforts, preferably using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Interpret HR, workforce, and operational data to uncover insights, diagnose root causes, and quantify impact.
  • Build models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support workforce planning and process redesign decisions.
  • Design and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training for HR transformations.
  • Lead cultural shifts, adoption strategies, and behavioral change across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership, frameworks, and methodologies that differentiate consulting offerings.
  • Present at executive steering committees, workshops, and leadership forums.
