About The Position

Perform analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the assigned function. Support business initiatives through data analysis, identifying implementation barriers, and conducting user acceptance testing of various systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes; perform detailed analysis across multiple projects; recommend business solutions; and help ensure successful implementation. The role also supports performance management and operational reporting, training program development and delivery, adoption of organizational best practices in business applications, process redesign and improvement, and departmental policy and procedure updates. Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned function product and support its operational performance. Travel may be required. The position may also involve other assigned duties and compliance with all policies and standards.

Experience executing end-to-end business testing or UAT for healthcare payer or clinical systems—including utilization management, care management, or LTSS workflows—is highly preferred. Strong experience documenting test evidence, evaluating pass/fail results, tracking and retesting defects, and communicating readiness risks is highly preferred. The role also favors demonstrated ability to present testing outcomes to business owners, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and obtain timely reviews and sign-off.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with 4–6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Project management experience is preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. The stated annual pay range is $70,100–$126,200, with actual pay adjusted based on job-related factors. Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility.
