About The Position

Accel Therapies is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Recruiter in the Dallas area to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our ABA therapy programs. In this role, you’ll help identify and connect with talented professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, support candidates throughout the interview process, and help create a positive hiring experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruiting career within healthcare while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience required
  • Customer service, sales, healthcare support, or administrative experience
  • Ability to conduct structured, competency-based interviews and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR experience a plus)
  • Professional, positive, and candidate-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review incoming resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct structured in-person and virtual interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline activity in JazzHR (our ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate feedback, and hiring decisions.
  • Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates and guide them through the acceptance process.
  • Work alongside the People Operations team to facilitate a seamless transition during the new hire onboarding process
