About The Position
Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! This role is located in Dallas at the hospital and operates Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Minimum 1 year of hospital recruitment experience desired
- Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process needed
- Requires excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- ATS management experience required, preferably Workday.
Nice To Haves
- Workday experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff
- Monitor requisitions for budget approval against post control
- Analyze market for manpower trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
- Attend recruitment functions
- Effectively communicate with applicants, department directors, supervisors, staff members and outside entities
- Prepare and place recruitment advertisements, documents, costs, and results
- Coordinate both internal and external job postings
- Review and track resumes and applications
- Screen applications against job description and qualifications, conduct screening interview, and coordinate interviews with department directors
- Ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in all recruitment activities
- Coordinate job offers
- Coordinate utilization of agency-supplied temporary staff
