About The Position

This role is responsible for recruiting new candidates and managing current field staff. The Healthcare Recruiter will also train new employees, provide orientation assistance, and determine applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis of responses, and reference verification. The position involves attracting applicants through various channels, negotiating salaries, and managing schedules for staff, including handling time and attendance issues and verifying timesheets. A key aspect of the role is maintaining client confidentiality and participating in an on-call rotation. The recruiter will also schedule new admissions, provide non-clinical information to caregivers, manage client care schedules, and provide customer service to both clients and external employees. The role supports the company's mission, ethics, and goals, requiring a professional representation of the company and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Education
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
  • Train new employees and provide orientation assistance.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates/external employees.
  • Complete requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.
  • Assist with external employee’s time and attendance issues.
  • Verify time sheets against schedule.
  • Adhere to client confidentiality.
  • Rotate shifts as part of the on-call schedule.
  • Schedule new admissions, giving non-clinical information to caregivers.
  • Manage client’s care schedules.
  • Provide customer service to both clients and external employees.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager.
  • Support and execute the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
  • Represent themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
  • Adhere to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
  • Report on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
