About The Position

Kids Thrive, New Vista's Pediatric Mental Health Program, is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to help build their team of talented healthcare professionals. This role is bonus eligible and plays a key part in the company’s overall talent strategy, collaborating with field leaders and HR Directors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and embody independence, pride/accountability, responsiveness, perceptiveness, and professional polish. This position reports to the Regional Director of Kids Thrive and is located at the corporate office in Blue Ash.

Requirements

  • 1 year in healthcare recruitment
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft business applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), staffing software/applicant tracking systems, and recruitment sites/tools
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in cold calling
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • A high sense of urgency to deliver results
  • Extensive direct sourcing expertise across many channels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility amidst shifting priorities and ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management and team members
  • Incredibly detail oriented and organized
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree or equal experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a Healthcare Recruitment role is preferred
  • Negotiation skills – prior experience in compensation and benefit packages.
  • An existing network of contacts to draw from

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develops strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Establish and build an employment brand that promotes Kids Thrive culture.
  • Active ownership of full cycle recruitment for Kids Thrive designated positions.
  • Develop a diverse range of channels for sourcing candidates and utilize innovative sourcing methods to create a robust pipeline for future openings in key markets.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process, including pre-qualifying/interviewing candidates to determine candidate suitability for placement, and driving the negotiation and offer process.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication, timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and an effective interview format.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Refine and elevate an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain a weekly status report on open position and status.
