About The Position

Turing is seeking experienced healthcare or corporate administrative supervisors to contribute expertise to projects that fine-tune large language models. No prior AI experience is required. The work involves developing and evaluating real-world administrative and leadership scenarios to assess AI reasoning, with a focus on administrative efficiency, communication, and process management. Contributors will write structured solutions, evaluate AI responses, and collaborate with AI researchers to improve models’ understanding of team coordination, office communication, and administrative systems.

This is a remote contractor/freelancer assignment. Projects are approximately one month long, with the possibility of extension. Compensation varies by project. Contributors must not share confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as an Office Supervisor, Administrative Lead, or Team Coordinator in a corporate or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of administrative operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
• Comfort using web-based tools for data review and evaluation.
• Excellent English communication and organizational reasoning skills.

Responsibilities
