About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Health Services Administrator to join its team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. Centurion provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. The Health Services Administrator manages the overall operations of the contracted clinical program at a designated correctional facility or complex of facilities. The role also plans, coordinates, directs, and supervises the clinical program providing patient services in a correctional setting to meet the service delivery requirements of the contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Experience as a healthcare, nursing home, or mental health administrator; nurse manager; or manager in a multi-specialty healthcare clinic.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff and institutional administration.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and a criminal background check.
