About The Position

Applies healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation, including Access to Care, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Workforce Management, Research and Development, and Value Based Healthcare. Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Requirements

Experience with planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of health operations or programs
Experience managing Veterans Health Administration operations in a VA Medical Center or Outpatient setting
Experience with analyzing health operations data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes
Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows
Ability to create strategic recommendations to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and service
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Electronic Health Record solutions
Ability to partner with IT Systems Architects to engineer solutions to address complex clinical and operational challenges
Master's degree
Prosci Change Management, PMP, or ACHE Certification
