HEALTH & WELLNESS/OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
About The Position
The Health & Wellness/Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of pharmacies. This role assumes overall responsibility for providing training on the technical aspects of pharmacy to associates, aiming to execute company strategies and achieve financial targets. The specialist will also provide Kroger Health District support for all operations-related functions, including inventory control, labor management, waste, training, standards, facility maintenance, and risk management. The individual is expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of pharmacies
