About The Position
The Implementation Operations Specialist reports to the Implementation Operations Manager within the CDB Operations Department. This role primarily requires business expertise rather than IT expertise and is responsible for supporting implementation management. System Implementation Managers are tasked with completing and directing all aspects of customer benefit system builds for both new and existing clients utilizing PayFlex products and services. The specialist contributes to increasing client and member satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of these services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Strong collaboration skills
- A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform daily production tasks involving multiple system set ups for all new implementations as well as existing client benefit plan changes.
- Identify business problems, obtain necessary information, accurately identify root causes, and generate solutions.
- Act as a point-of-contact for escalated client-specific set up issues.
- Support implementation and rollout of vendor/customer products.
- Provide analysis of business implications and apply problem solving skills to meet business needs.
- Use consistent definitions and methodologies where appropriate.
- Translate information using business knowledge and identify additional information needed to support analytical objectives.
- Understand nuances of data, check for reasonability, and work to improve data quality.
- With direction, support one or more processes related to the use of applicable tools that deliver business system solutions.
- Serve as a team member and contribute to activities such as analysis, planning, design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of support systems and workflows for business areas.
- Provide workgroup support to projects.
